Indecisive Create – Deposit & Voucher Disclaimer

At Indecisive Create, we are committed to providing a professional, fair, and seamless experience for all of our clients. To ensure transparency and clarity, the following policies apply to deposits, vouchers, cancellations, and arrivals.

1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your appointment with your chosen artist and covers part of the time allocated specifically for you. Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your booking.

2. Payment Options

We offer two convenient ways to pay your deposit: Cash: Pay directly at the studio during business hours. Bank Transfer: Deposits can be transferred to our business account: KIWIBANK – RACHEL – 38-9011-0047075-16 Please contact us prior to payment for booking details (reference number, amount, artist) to help us identify your deposit.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans may change. To keep things fair for everyone: Cancellation Notice: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Within 24 Hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment without prior arrangement, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to your new booking (subject to artist availability). Late Reschedules: Requests made within 24 hours may result in deposit forfeiture, unless otherwise agreed with your artist.

4. Late Arrivals

We allow a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please contact us if you expect to be delayed. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes without notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit, to respect both our artists’ and other clients’ time. If you arrive late but within the 30-minute window, your session may be shortened at the artist’s discretion.

5. Voucher Purchases

We also offer vouchers for gifting or prepayment of tattoo services.

Pricing: Available from $150 to $2000.

Payment & Validity: Must be paid in full at purchase. Valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Non-Transferable: Vouchers can only be used by the person named and cannot be combined with promotions, offers, or discounts.

Refunds & Extensions: Vouchers are non-refundable. Extensions may be granted in exceptional cases at studio discretion if requested before expiry.

6. Deposit Forfeiture

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind about your tattoo.

Failure to provide required notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Repeated rescheduling without adequate notice.

7. Artist Discretion

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, your artist may choose to make exceptions to these policies. Decisions are made case by case.

If your artist must cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be retained and applied to your rescheduled booking.

8. Design Policy

Deposits also cover preparation and design time.

If you request last-minute changes to your design or alterations after finalisation, additional fees may apply at your artist’s discretion.

Agreement

By placing a deposit or purchasing a voucher with Indecisive Create, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. They are in place to respect both our clients’ and our artists’ time, while ensuring a professional and fair process.
