Thank you for choosing Indecisive Create for your tattoo or design experience. We are committed to providing the highest standard of hygiene, alongside world-class tattoos and designs.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours in advance, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Your appointment will only be confirmed once your deposit is received.
You will receive a reminder notification the day before your tattoo.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours.

Preparation

Please ensure you shower and eat before your appointment.
We provide a small sweet treat to help keep your blood sugar levels steady, but you’re welcome to bring your own snack.

Potential Risks

Tattooing may involve the following risks:

=Scarring =Swelling and/or bruising

=Localised allergic reactions to pigment

=Blood poisoning (septicemia)

Individual Consent By signing below, I confirm that:

• I give my full consent for tattooing/design work to be carried out by the practitioner.

• I am not pregnant or nursing.

• I understand I will be refused service and forfeit my deposit if I am under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • I do not have any medical or skin conditions (including but not limited to: acne, keloid scarring, eczema, psoriasis, moles, sunburn, or other conditions) on the area to be tattooed.

• The potential risks and complications (e.g. infection, swelling) have been explained to me.

• I have received written aftercare instructions and accept that it is my responsibility to follow them until the tattoo/design has fully healed.
• The information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
• I am over 18 years of age, the legal age of consent for tattooing.
